The summaries below organize the existing FontanaShowers®
warranty information by product category. Warranty eligibility
depends on the applicable terms, normal installation and use,
and the nature of the reported defect.
5-Year Coverage
Motion Sensor Faucets
Qualifying motion sensor faucets are covered for five
years against manufacturing defects. Applicable faucet
body components, ceramic cartridges and specified metal
finishes are covered for the original consumer purchaser
against qualifying defects in material and workmanship.
Coverage does not automatically extend to accessory
components such as handles, hand showers, cradles,
shower heads, hoses, supply lines or drains.
3-Year Coverage
Shower Systems
Applicable shower systems are covered for three years
from the original consumer purchase against qualifying
defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty applies to eligible defective parts and
does not include labor, shipping, installation errors,
misuse or other excluded conditions.
3-Year Coverage
Bathroom Faucets
Applicable faucets are covered for three years from
the original consumer purchase against qualifying
defects in material and workmanship.
Damage associated with improper handling, installation,
maintenance, abuse or misuse is not included under the
standard coverage.
1-Year Coverage
Other Products & Accessories
Applicable bathtubs, steam showers, vanities, sinks and
specified accessories purchased under the stated policy
are covered for one year against qualifying defects in
material, workmanship and finish.
Eligible warranty remedies are limited to the applicable
product or component terms and do not automatically
include labor, shipping or related installation costs.
Installation
Installation & Certifications
FontanaShowers® provides specification sheets and
installation diagrams for supported products where
available. Project teams should verify certification,
code and inspection requirements before installation.
Installation and removal costs related to local inspection
or certification requirements are not automatically
included within the product warranty.

What Standard Warranty Coverage Does Not Include

Non-Manufacturing Damage
Conditions or damage that do not result from a defect in
material or workmanship are not covered.
Labor & Reinstallation Costs
Labor and other expenses associated with disconnection,
return, installation or reinstallation are excluded.
Improper Installation or Maintenance
Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance,
misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration is excluded.
LED Shower Lighting
The existing warranty terms state that LED shower lighting
is not covered under the factory warranty.
Alterations & Additives
Improper modification of the unit or installation of
additives may affect product integrity and warranty eligibility.
Maximum Liability
The warranty terms limit FontanaShowers® liability to no
more than the purchase price of the applicable product.
