FONTANA SYNERA™ EDITION
Fontana Synera Touchless Faucet FAQs
Commercial automatic infrared touchless faucet with solid brass
construction, ceramic valve control, single-hole deck mounting,
0.1–1.6 MPa pressure compatibility, and precision hands-free
operation for specification-grade commercial washrooms.
✥ Sensor Commissioning Procedure? +
Complete infrared sensor commissioning after the basin,
countertop, backsplash, mirror, lighting, and nearby
accessories are fully installed. Verify dependable hand
detection throughout the intended wash zone and confirm
reflective surfaces do not cause unintended activation.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the water supply before final connection,
inspect the inlet path for construction debris, verify
secure fittings, and confirm stable dynamic pressure
within the specified operating range before completing
sensor and valve commissioning.
◯ Operating Water Pressure? +
The Synera series is specified for approximately
0.1–1.6 MPa operating water pressure. Verify pressure
under dynamic conditions and provide regulation where
building supply pressure exceeds the fixture's specified
operating envelope.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor area and remove
stationary or reflective objects from the detection field.
Verify stable electronic operation and inspect the ceramic
valve and internal water path for sediment, mineral buildup,
or incomplete closure if shutoff becomes inconsistent.
⌁ Basin and Spout Coordination? +
The faucet provides approximately 4.12 inches
of spout reach and 3.81 inches of spout height.
Coordinate the single-hole mounting location with basin
geometry and drain placement to maintain comfortable
hand clearance and control splash.
⌂ Faucet Dimensional Requirements? +
The Synera measures approximately 5.62 inches
in overall height, 3.56 inches across the base, and
6.31 inches in total depth. Confirm countertop clearances,
basin dimensions, and surrounding accessories before
completing the installation.
⚡ Ceramic Valve Service Life? +
The live product specification lists an estimated
useful life of approximately 500,000 opening and closing
cycles. Maintain clean supply conditions and inspect the
ceramic valve if leakage, delayed closure, or inconsistent
flow develops during service.
⌕ Routine Finish Maintenance? +
Clean Synera decorative finishes using a soft
microfiber cloth and mild non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid
abrasive pads, acidic descalers, chlorine-based chemicals,
aggressive metal polish, and concentrated cleaners that
could damage the finish.
