    Initially, I questioned the order status after several days passed without tracking information. Support eventually clarified everything, although I would have preferred an automatic update. The Brio unit has been far easier to appreciate. Hands-free sensor operation is convenient in daily use, and the automatic functionality makes particularly good sense in a shared restroom where reducing unnecessary contact was one of our priorities.

    Coming from the facilities side, I had questions about how the sensor faucet would behave in a high-use environment. The answers weren't as quick or consistent as I would have preferred, so the evaluation took longer than necessary. In service, the Brio has made a stronger argument for itself. Hands-free operation is practical for shared washrooms, and the sensor-controlled functionality fits nicely with the direction we're taking across the property.
