Procurement evaluated several more dramatic finishes for our corporate guest residence, but brushed nickel ultimately made the strongest lifecycle case. The stainless-steel rainfall arrangement gives occupants the upgraded shower experience requested by management while remaining visually compatible with hardware already installed throughout the building. Cleaning has been predictable, and maintenance staff has not needed a separate care procedure. Contractor alignment was checked closely during installation. Months later, the decision still feels sensible because the shower looks current without tying the property to a particularly aggressive design trend.
