Height differences among users were generating more complaints than spray performance in the staff changing rooms at our regional medical laboratory. The adjustable brushed-nickel Modern Elegance configuration addressed that practical issue without requiring a wholesale shower-system replacement. Employees can position the shower more comfortably, while maintenance retains a relatively simple assembly to inspect. Brushed nickel also handles our regular sanitation routine better visually than polished hardware. Since installation, facilities has seen a noticeable reduction in positioning complaints, making this a modest upgrade with a surprisingly measurable operational benefit.
