4 of 5 Complication Met Character Monday, August 10, 2026
Reviewer: Keith Franklin from Fontana, CA
The order took longer to process than I expected, and I had to request an update rather than receiving one automatically. The Lima hand shower was much more satisfying once it arrived. Antique bronze gives it genuine character and coordinates nicely with the traditional hardware in our guest bathroom. The handheld format is practical for rinsing and cleaning, while the overall construction feels reassuringly substantial.

3 of 5 Annoyance Found Quality Monday, February 18, 2008

Email responses were slower than expected, and getting a straightforward order update required another message from my side. That made the post-purchase experience more frustrating than it needed to be. The Lima hand shower itself made a much better impression. The antique bronze appearance has plenty of character, and the finished fixture looks far more premium than the service experience suggested.
