Weekend occupancy at our boutique fitness hotel quickly exposed the maintenance reality of a matte-black rain shower system. The appearance is excellent when freshly serviced, but mineral spotting becomes noticeable sooner than our operations team expected. We revised the cleaning sequence rather than accepting a tired-looking fixture. Guests consistently praise the overhead shower experience, and engineering has reported stable operation with no repeating mechanical complaint. Three stars reflects the additional presentation work. The system remains a strong choice where dramatic design is important and housekeeping resources can support it.
