3 of 5 Hassle Found Comfort Wednesday, July 29, 2026
Reviewer: Bryce Franklin from Fresno, CA
My first request for an order update went unanswered, which was disappointing considering the value of the purchase. A later response finally clarified the shipment. Performance has been a different story. The thermostatic Milan system provides reassuring temperature consistency, and the spray functions give the shower more flexibility. After regular use, the control and comfort matter considerably more than the initial communication issue.

3 of 5 Disappointment Faded Away Wednesday, March 19, 2003
Reviewer: Elliot Kramer from Greeley, CO
Five rooms were waiting on plumbing completion when a technical question brought progress to a stop. That's the kind of issue that quickly gets the attention of a hotel operations manager. Resolution required more back-and-forth than I considered reasonable. Once operational, the Milan system gave me fewer reasons to complain. Temperature control feels appropriate for an upgraded guest shower, and the bronze finish works nicely with the property's classic interior palette.
