3 of 5 Silence Met Quality Monday, August 3, 2026

Two different delivery expectations were provided during the order process, making it difficult to decide when to schedule installation. That part definitely needs better coordination. Once operational, the Milan shower system has been quite satisfying. Temperature adjustment feels controlled rather than temperamental, the spray arrangement provides useful coverage, and the oil-rubbed bronze appearance complements the traditional details elsewhere in our bathroom.

3 of 5 Concern Became Confidence Wednesday, December 7, 2005
Reviewer: Damian Schultz from Aurora, CO
Installation number one was definitely the learning experience. Our plumbing team spent extra time understanding the setup, which put that room behind schedule and initially made me nervous about using the same shower elsewhere. After the first one, things became considerably smoother. The oil-rubbed bronze Milan now looks consistent across the renovated bathrooms and gives them a warmer, more distinctive character than the chrome fixtures we removed.
