3 of 5 Concern Found Elegance Friday, July 17, 2026

Processing seemed to stall for several days with no proactive explanation, so I eventually contacted support to confirm the order was still moving. Fortunately, the shower itself has given us no comparable concerns. Thermostatic control is practical for maintaining comfortable water temperature, and the additional spray functionality gets used frequently. The bronze-toned finish also looks richer installed than it appeared online.

2 of 5 Trouble Found Excellence Sunday, June 15, 2008

From a facilities director's perspective, technical support matters almost as much as the fixture itself. That's where this purchase lost points. An installation question took too long to resolve and nobody seemed to own the issue initially. I wouldn't want that repeated during a larger rollout. Product-wise, the Milan still suits the property well. The thermostatic functionality is useful and the bronze appearance complements our guest-room design without feeling overly commercial.
