Fontana Raviano™ Matte Black Long Spout Touchless Bathroom Sink Faucet FAQ
ToF Touchless Detection, 1.8 GPM Flow;
0.05–1.2 MPa Operation & Matte Black Protection
The Fontana Raviano™ Matte Black Touchless Faucet combines brass
construction, ToF sensing, ceramic valve control, and a long-spout
deck-mounted design.
How should the ToF touchless sensing system be commissioned?
Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop, mirror, lighting,
and surrounding fixtures are installed. Test repeated hand-entry and
withdrawal cycles from normal washing positions and verify consistent
activation and complete shutoff. Confirm that nearby reflective surfaces
do not produce unwanted triggering.
How should the 0.05–1.2 MPa operating pressure be verified?
Flush the supply piping before final connection and verify dynamic
pressure within the specified 0.05–1.2 MPa working range. Test repeated
activation cycles and confirm stable 1.8 GPM delivery. If flow becomes
restricted, inspect the supply path, ceramic valve, and outlet before
troubleshooting the sensing electronics.
How should the long spout be coordinated with the basin?
Establish the single-hole mounting centerline against the actual basin
before final tightening. Confirm that the extended spout positions the
1.8 GPM stream inside the primary washing zone without striking the
basin wall or shallow front edge. Verify hand clearance and splash
performance under normal operating pressure.
How should the Matte Black finish and sensor area be maintained?
Clean exposed surfaces with a soft damp microfiber cloth and dry them
afterward. Keep the sensing area and outlet free from soap film and
mineral deposits. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, acidic cleaners,
bleach, ammonia, and aggressive polishing compounds that may damage
the Matte Black surface.
