As part of several healthcare restroom upgrades completed between 2022 and 2025, earlier automatic motion-sensor faucets repeatedly developed false triggering near reflective surfaces, unstable infrared response, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous patient usage, leading us to install this commercial faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous sensor fixtures maintained in comparable medical environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with changing restroom lighting exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also reported fewer interruption-related servicing requests after installation. One reflective sink setup required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.
