Fontana Velviano™ Series Chrome Touchless Bathroom Faucet FAQ
Touchless Sensor Activation, Ceramic Valve Control;
4.8" Spout Reach & Chrome Surface Protection
The Fontana Velviano™ combines touchless sensing, ceramic valve control,
single-hole mounting, and a curved commercial faucet profile.
How should the touchless sensor be commissioned after installation?
Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop, mirror, lighting,
and nearby accessories are installed. Perform repeated hand-entry and
withdrawal cycles and confirm reliable activation and complete shutoff.
Check reflective surfaces for unintended sensor interaction before
final handover.
How should the 4.8-inch spout reach be coordinated with the basin?
Establish the mounting centerline against the actual basin before final
tightening. The faucet measures approximately 7.06 inches high with a
4.91-inch outlet height and 4.8-inch reach. Confirm that discharge lands
within the primary washing zone while maintaining adequate hand clearance.
How should the ceramic valve be checked during commissioning?
Flush the supply piping before final connection and perform repeated
activation cycles. Confirm stable discharge and complete valve closure
after each cycle. If flow becomes irregular, inspect the supply path
and outlet before servicing the ceramic valve or sensor components.
How should the Chrome finish and sensor area be maintained?
Clean exposed surfaces with a soft damp microfiber cloth and dry them
afterward. Keep the sensor and outlet free from soap film and mineral
deposits. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, acidic cleaners, bleach,
ammonia, and aggressive polishing compounds.
