Housekeeping discovered the main limitation of the matte-white Fusion before management did: neglected residue becomes noticeable in a different way than it does on metallic finishes. Our wellness studio responded by adding the fixture to the supervisor's weekly appearance check, and presentation has remained excellent since. Clients like how quietly the white hardware integrates with the pale interior, and normal hot-and-cold use requires no explanation. Performance has been consistent. Three stars reflects the need for disciplined appearance control, particularly in commercial spaces where white fixtures are expected to look immaculate.
