FontanaAquaLuxe™ Gold Dual Sensor Automatic Faucet FAQ
Dual-Sensor Synchronization, Overpressure Verification; Polished Gold Finish Protection
The FontanaAquaLuxe™ Gold automatic faucet combines solid-brass construction, adjustable dual-sensor activation, single-hole deck mounting, AC220V or DC6V power compatibility, IP65 waterproof protection, and efficient operation across a 0.05–0.7 MPa water-pressure range.
How should the adjustable 18 ± 2 cm sensor range be commissioned?
Complete sensor adjustment after the basin, backsplash, mirror, soap dispenser, and countertop accessories are installed. Test both detection points from normal hand-entry positions and reduce the sensing distance if reflections or nearby movement activate the faucet outside the intended washing zone.
What should be checked if the two sensors respond at different distances?
Clean both infrared windows, confirm that the faucet body is rigidly mounted, verify stable AC220V or DC6V power, and remove reflective objects from the detection field. Sensor contamination, loose electrical connections, misalignment, or changing ambient light can produce unequal response distances.
How should the faucet be pressure-tested before normal commercial operation?
Flush the supply line, inspect the inlet filter, and test the faucet under dynamic pressure within the specified 0.05–0.7 MPa range. Verify stable discharge and immediate shutoff, then inspect every connection for leakage without exceeding the product’s documented overpressure-test conditions.
How should the polished Gold finish be cleaned without scratching or dulling it?
Remove fingerprints, water spotting, and soap residue with a soft damp microfiber cloth, then dry the faucet immediately. Use diluted pH-neutral soap only and avoid abrasive pads, acidic descalers, bleach, ammonia, steel wool, polishing powders, and concentrated disinfectants.
