The hand dryer has a powerful 38,000 RPM motor to obtain airflow of 90 m/s while maintaining comfortable temperatures of 30-40C, completely drying hands in roughly 10-15 seconds. The hand dryer has a HEPA filtration system built into the dryer unit, which purifies air output as well. The PCB also has a very low standby energy consumption of only 1W. coordinated deck-mounted configuration. It features brass construction,
0.05–0.6 MPa faucet operating pressure, 0.1–50 °C water operation,
a 1-liter soap reservoir, a 38,000 RPM brushless dryer motor, 90 m/s
airflow, HEPA filtration, 1300W dryer power, and approximately
10–15 second hand-drying performance.
How should the faucet, soap dispenser, and dryer sensor zones be commissioned?
Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop, backsplash, mirror,
lighting, and surrounding accessories are fully installed. Test the water,
soap, and dryer functions independently from normal handwashing positions
and verify that each sensor activates only its assigned component. Confirm
prompt water shutoff, controlled soap delivery, and reliable dryer activation
without cross-triggering adjacent sensors or unintended response from
reflective basin and countertop surfaces.
What should be checked if drying takes longer than the specified 10–15 seconds?
Inspect the HEPA filter, air intake, dryer outlet, undercounter motor case,
and connecting air path for restriction. The dryer uses a 38,000 RPM motor
producing approximately 90 m/s airflow with 30–40 °C drying air. A loaded
filter, obstructed intake, restricted outlet, loose air connection, or
inadequate ventilation around the 1300W dryer assembly can increase drying
time even when the motor continues to operate.
How should the 0.05–0.6 MPa water system and 1-liter soap reservoir be serviced?
Flush the water supply before final connection and verify that dynamic
pressure remains within the specified 0.05–0.6 MPa range during faucet
operation. Maintain accessible undercounter clearance around the water

equipment. Avoid compressed hoses, sharp cable bends, and locating electrical
components directly beneath plumbing or soap connections where leakage could
compromise service reliability.
How should the Chrome finish and exposed operating surfaces be maintained?
Remove fingerprints, soap film, and mineral deposits with a soft damp
microfiber cloth and dry the exposed Chrome surfaces immediately after
cleaning. Keep sensor windows, soap outlets, water outlets, dryer air
openings, and HEPA intake areas free from residue. Use diluted pH-neutral
soap when required and avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, acidic descalers,
