How should the AI smart-chip detection zone be commissioned?
Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop, mirror, soap dispenser, lighting, and adjacent
fixtures are installed. Cycle the faucet repeatedly from normal hand-washing positions and verify
that the microcomputer establishes a stable detection zone without false activation from the basin,
reflective surfaces, or nearby movement.
How should the 0.5–1.5 GPM water-flow range be checked?
Flush the supply line before final connection, inspect the inlet path for debris, fully open the
service stop, and test the faucet under normal dynamic pressure. Confirm that the selected flow rate
remains stable and that the valve closes completely when the user leaves the detection zone.
What should be checked if the faucet or soap dispenser activates inconsistently?
Clean both sensor windows, verify stable AC 110V or DC 6V power, inspect the water-control solenoid,
and confirm that the soap line is fully primed. Low battery voltage, construction debris, trapped air,
reflective interference, or loose electrical connections can cause intermittent operation.
