The dual-function fixture, offers styish water and soap dispensing into a single smart-activated feature with the rich matte black finish that compliments any high-end restroom application. It is made of solid cast brass. The motion activated faucet provides a completely touchless experience since no need to operate faucets or controls makes it more difficult or impossible when electrodes are installed. The motion sensor faucet uses a patented motion sensor system that allows for the hand soap to be provided in the same fixture with the added benefit of AC/DC hardwired, or battery operation with four AA alkaline cells. The ideal installation could be accomplished at locations that incorporates standard US plumbing, with operation pressure from 10 to 125 psi (0.5–7.0 KGS/cm²).
