We upgraded several transportation and municipal restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after earlier goose-neck touchless faucets repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation, delayed shutoff timing, and inconsistent stream interruption during continuous public usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained substantially steadier operational consistency than previous goose-neck sensor fixtures maintained in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink exposure and changing restroom lighting conditions that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also noted fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One deeper basin application required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.
