Professional AEC Reviews for FontanaShowers FS-1095SGDP

Commercial Use Senior Mechanical Engineer — Turner + Evans Consulting Engineers
Specified for a 25-story office tower. Met pressure range (0.05–0.8 MPa), brass body, ADA sensor operation. Activation measured <0.4 s; control module access is service-friendly. Now on our approved fixtures for LEED projects.
Tip: Reserve ~12″ clear under-sink for service.
Food Court Retrofit Project Engineer — Green City Developers
Good overall, but reflective black granite caused a few false triggers until sensor angle was tweaked. After calibration, performance stabilized.
Tip: Calibrate after countertop sealant cures.
Healthcare Building Systems Engineer — Midwest Healthcare Design
Looked perfect on paper (brass, ADA, 500k cycle valve), but tight under-sink cabinetry made control box servicing difficult. One mounting-nut leak was slow to address due to access.
Tip: Allocate 10–12″ side clearance for maintenance.
Airport Project Architect — Gensler (Midwest)
Used across a regional airport concourse. Sensor accuracy was excellent (no false triggers with stainless counters, bright ambient light). <2% service calls over 9 months across 100 units.
Tip: Verify transformer load on shared power.
Office Tower Construction Manager — Horizon Builders LLC
60 units installed; fit standard 1⅜″ deck holes; few call-backs. Only issue was a two-week supply delay. Would specify again.
Tip: Bulk-order early for multi-floor rollouts.
Restaurant Interior Designer — Axis Studio Restaurants Group
High-traffic FOH restrooms. One early sensor failure led to continuous flow; warranty covered it but guest disruption was a problem. Aesthetics excellent.
Tip: Bench-test all units pre-opening.
University Facilities Sustainability Lead — Pacific University STEM Complex
Deployed in LEED-Platinum science complex. Sensor delay/shutoff minimize waste; accurate Revit content eased coordination. No finish degradation after one year (brushed nickel).
Tip: Ventilated base cabinets improve electronics life.
Municipal Facility Operations Supervisor — City Hall Maintenance Dept.
Ten units in public-access restrooms. Sensors solid and water-efficient. Hard-water region required bi-monthly aerator cleaning (not a product fault).
Tip: Add inline sediment filters in high-mineral areas.
Hospitality Interior Designer — The Harrison Group Hospitality Design
Brushed-gold finish matched five-star hotel palette. Sensor calibration was plug-and-play. Finish shows water spots if not wiped; we added microfiber SOP.
Tip: Specify mild-soap cleaning in housekeeping SOPs.
