Fontana’s Airline Fleet Touchless Faucet Program represents an ongoing engineering and validation effort focused on advancing hygienic, space-efficient, and ultra-reliable water delivery systems for modern aircraft lavatories. The models shown throughout this gallery reflect active prototype development, pre-production concepts, and engineering evaluation units that are currently undergoing iterative refinement, performance testing, and certification review tailored to aviation requirements. Our work prioritizes vibration-resistant sensor technology, compact hydraulic assemblies, EMI-shielded electronics, and materials optimized for high-humidity pressurized environments. While these concepts illustrate the direction of our aerospace-grade design initiatives, they remain works in progress pending final approval for integration into commercial airline fleets.
