    The order confirmation left me uncertain about the expected dispatch date, and getting clarification required another conversation with customer service. The Batesville faucet itself has been dependable. Its classic styling works naturally with our traditional bathtub area, while separate hot-and-cold control feels familiar and intuitive. The completed installation has the established appearance we wanted, although the purchasing process could have been clearer.

    A follow-up was promised after my customer-service conversation, but I never received it. Eventually I had to contact the company again to get the information myself. That shouldn't have been necessary. The Batesville faucet fortunately delivered what I wanted on the product side. Its classic styling suits the bathtub beautifully, and the hot-and-cold configuration gives it the traditional character I was looking for.
