4 of 5 Delay Revealed Luxury Sunday, July 26, 2026
Reviewer: Amelia Cunningham from Clarksville, TN
Different shipping estimates made planning more difficult than it needed to be, especially with several hotel bathrooms being completed together. Once installed, the recessed shower head looked considerably more sophisticated than expected. The ceiling integration is discreet, rainfall coverage is comfortable, and there is very little hardware interrupting the design. Product quality impressed us more than the communication surrounding the order.

2 of 5 Uncertainty Became Satisfaction Saturday, August 2, 2008
Reviewer: Cassandra Townsend from Portsmouth, NH
The delivery promise was pushed back more than once, and the changing timeline became difficult to rely on. Clearer communication would have prevented much of the frustration. Once received, however, the recessed showerhead was exactly the kind of product I had hoped for. It integrates neatly into the ceiling and creates an uncluttered rainfall setup with a distinctly high-end appearance.
