Waterfall Pressure Control	Monday, May 11, 2026
Reviewer: Hudson Wells, Installer from Spokane, WA

As an installer evaluating wall-mounted waterfall systems, I noticed pressure drift between the rainfall and waterfall outlets during startup testing. Hydraulic coordination briefly weakened before recalibrating the internal flow controls restored smooth discharge balance throughout the assembly. Once corrected, LED synchronization and spray consistency remained dependable during prolonged residential evaluations. The matte-black structure and brass hydraulic system demonstrated reliable operation where waterfall systems commonly develop unstable pressure equalization.

Response Accelerated	Monday, May 4, 2026
Reviewer: Andrew Brooks, Engineer from Raleigh, NC

The most impressive aspect of this project was how quickly FontanaShowers responded whenever technical clarification was needed. Engineering questions regarding wall reinforcement, concealed mixer installation, waterfall performance, maintenance access, and warranty documentation were answered within hours rather than days. Fast technical responses prevented unnecessary construction delays and allowed commissioning to remain on schedule. Nearly two years after installation, the 22-inch waterfall rainfall shower, handheld unit, thermostatic controls, and LED functions continue operating with excellent consistency. Rapid engineering support backed by knowledgeable specialists significantly improved the overall project experience.
