Installed in a high-traffic commercial restroom about 9 months ago, the Fontana touchless faucet has performed reliably under continuous daily use I must give it a thumbs up our use is high compared to restroom industry standards. Sensor response is fast and consistent, with accurate hand detection and minimal false triggering. The adjustable detection range helped us calibrate activation to the basin depth and reduce unnecessary cycles. The AC 110V / DC 6V power configuration, automatic shutoff, water-resistant solenoid enclosure, and the 10–125 PSI operating range are strong features from a facility-maintenance perspective. Flow remains stable during pressure fluctuations, while interchangeable aerator options allow better control of GPM, splash, and water consumption.
The solid-brass construction feels substantially more durable than other lighter commercial fixtures we've serviced. Maintenance access to the sensor, power supply, and solenoid is straightforward.

I have reviewed this Fontana touchless faucet from an MEP coordination standpoint. The PSI operating range provides useful tolerance for commercial plumbing conditions, while the power configuration gives the electrical team flexibility during installation. Sensor range can be adjusted during commissioning to suit basin geometry and minimize unintended activation. The automatic shutoff, water-resistant solenoid enclosure, configurable aerator options, and solid-brass construction are all practical specifications for high-cycle applications. What stands out is the serviceability. The sensor, power, and valve components can be coordinated without overcomplicating under-counter maintenance access. Overall, it is a technically sound option for busy office building. I highly appreciate the quality., fits perfectly for our office building restrooms.

The faucet itself met the project requirements, but the ordering and tracking process could have been smoother. Shipment tracking was not updated as quickly as expected, sand while we tried multiple times to reach the support team they were helpful once reached and provided the information we needed, although the response took some follow-up.
Packaging was adequate and all required components arrived intact. Technical questions regarding installation and power configuration were answered clearly, since installation was bit confusing. Overall, the product experience was good, but faster tracking updates and more proactive communication would make the procurement process better for contractors working against tight project schedules. I would give the product 5 stars but the support can do much better.
