Guest feedback on the Ambiance Obscure shower faucet has been strongly positive since our urban hotel reopened its renovated rooms. Matte black gives the enclosure the contrast our previous chrome fixtures lacked, but operations sees the other side of that decision: soap residue and dried droplets need prompt attention to preserve the effect. Function has remained reliable and the controls have not generated recurring guest questions. I consider it a successful hospitality specification, though properties running extremely compressed housekeeping schedules should account for the additional appearance checks.
