DUALAQUAREON™ CHAMPAGNE PRESTIGE SERIES
Fontana DualAquareon Champagne Faucet FAQs
Champagne three-hole basin faucet with a 304 stainless-steel
body, brass valve core and twin crystal handles for independent hot/cold water control.
✥
Three-Hole Deck Rough-In Requirements?
+
The FS20027CP requires three separate
deck openings for the central spout
and two crystal-handle assemblies.
Before countertop fabrication, confirm
mounting centers, opening diameters,
deck thickness and under-counter
fastening access using the current
manufacturer installation drawing.
Coordinate the spout outlet position
with the specified basin.
◇
304 Stainless-Steel Body Installation?
+
The DualAquareon incorporates a
304 stainless-steel faucet body
with a Champagne exterior finish.
Verify gasket placement, spout
alignment, secure mounting and
clearance around the handle bases.
Use finish-safe installation tools
and avoid excessive fastening torque
that could damage the coating or
deform the mounting seals.
◯
Dual Crystal Handle Commissioning?
+
The two colour-crystal handles
separately regulate hot and cold
water delivery. Test each supply
independently to confirm the
correct connection and full handle
movement. Operate both handles
together to check mixed-water
temperature adjustment and stable
flow. Confirm complete closure
and unobstructed handle clearance.
↻
500,000-Cycle Cartridge Durability?
+
The manufacturer specifies a
cartridge endurance rating of
500,000 opening and closing cycles.
This figure describes component
durability testing rather than
a guaranteed installed lifespan.
Inspect the handles periodically
for increased operating resistance,
incomplete shutoff or continued
dripping. Sediment, water quality
and installation conditions can
affect cartridge performance.
⌁
1.6 MPa Water-Pressure Test?
+
The published water-pressure testing
value is 1.6 MPa. This represents
a manufacturer testing parameter,
not the allowable continuous inlet
pressure. Verify the approved
operating-pressure range against
the latest technical specification,
flush both supply lines before
connection and inspect accessible
fittings for leakage.
⌂
0.6 MPa Air-Test Verification?
+
The manufacturer lists an air-pressure
testing value of 0.6 MPa. This factory
test figure must not automatically
be used as an onsite pressure-test
setting. Follow the approved plumbing
commissioning procedure and examine
accessible supply connections, valve
interfaces and seals for leakage.
Check the final water delivery under
normal service conditions.
⚙
Brass Valve Core and Basin Alignment?
+
The DualAquareon uses a brass valve
core for mechanical water regulation.
Maintain access to the under-counter
supply connections and isolation valves.
If flow becomes uneven or dripping
continues after shutoff, inspect the
relevant valve assembly for debris
or worn seals. Confirm that the
spout directs water into the basin
without striking the rim.
⌕
Champagne Finish and Crystal Care?
+
Clean the Champagne exterior and
decorative crystal handles using
a soft damp cloth and a compatible
mild detergent. Avoid abrasive
pads, acidic cleaners, harsh
solvents and polishing compounds.
Rinse and dry exposed surfaces
to reduce mineral deposits,
water spotting and unwanted
changes to the Champagne finish.
