Converting an older courthouse annex into professional offices meant preserving some architectural weight without making the new washrooms feel like replicas. The Evreux in oil-rubbed bronze handled that transition particularly well. Its darker finish relates naturally to the restored doors and hardware, while the faucet itself reads as current. Daily tenant traffic has produced no recurring operational complaints, and our maintenance team considers the units straightforward to service. The result respects the building's history without allowing the restroom specification to become trapped by it.
