We installed the Gioiosa as part of a restroom modernization where reducing physical contact was one of the project requirements. Day-to-day touchless operation has been convincing, and users adapted to it immediately. We did spend additional time during commissioning getting the installation dialed in for the surrounding basin conditions. That prevents me from giving it a perfect score. Once adjusted, performance settled down nicely, and the deck-mounted format has produced a clean, uncluttered counter installation.

Waterfall Changes Calculus

Gioiosa should not be treated like an ordinary aerated sensor faucet because its waterfall outlet changes the hydraulic relationship with the basin. The published 7.44-inch reach is generous, while the brass construction, hot-and-cold capability and touchless deck-mounted configuration give the fixture real functional depth. Fontana Showers I would mock up the water path before repeating it across a large project; broad waterfall delivery can look excellent but is less forgiving of shallow bowls and poorly positioned drains. In the right basin, that extended reach becomes a design asset rather than a splash liability.
