Engineered to maintain activation stability in environments with adjacent reflective materials. Modern refinement flows through the Fontana Bartolo™ Black Touchless Faucet. Contemporary styling melds with trustworthy function. Interpreted by real craftsmen, the black finish with a gentle suggestion of gold accents can spur artistic expressions across any common area.
The latest motion-sensor technology gives faucets the ability to function hands-free which reduces the spread of germs and conserves water by automatically stopping the flow when it is not being used. Cast from two solid brass components, you can rely on this faucet to age gracefully over the years and it will not crust or stain. Its deck-mounted single-hole configuration eases the installation procedure while simultaneously decluttering minimalist interiors with crisp lines. Both warm and cool waters would be options for personal comfort, meeting any desire. Endowed with a sense of sublime convenience, the faucet fits right into high-end homes or commercial settings, smoothly blending understated luxury. It backs sustainability efforts with a low-flow rate yet stands tall when it comes to performance. A creation of the celebrated FontanaShowers, a leading force in the bath solution industry, the fixture is the perfect confluence of good design and dependable everyday utility, an elite restroom experience where practicality and style easily co-exist.
Fontana Bartolo™ Gold FlowSense
FlowSense Detection Logic, Solenoid Response Stability & Brushed Gold Hydraulic Engineering
Engineered for touch-free basin applications, this brushed gold faucet integrates FlowSense activation with automatic water control for efficient, repeatable washroom operation.
How should the FlowSense detection zone be coordinated with the basin geometry?
The active sensing field should intersect the normal handwashing zone without continuously detecting the basin surface. Faucet setback, bowl depth, countertop reflectivity, and surrounding fixtures should be evaluated after installation to ensure reliable activation and immediate release when hands leave the detection area.
How does solenoid response stability affect water delivery during repeated operating cycles?
The electronic controller commands the solenoid to open when valid user presence is detected and reseat when the sensing signal ends. Consistent valve movement limits activation delay, reduces residual discharge, and maintains repeatable hydraulic isolation during frequent touchless operating cycles.
Why should dynamic pressure be verified under simultaneous fixture demand?
Branch piping, isolation stops, filters, and fittings generate additional pressure loss as flow demand increases. Testing dynamic pressure while adjacent fixtures operate confirms the hydraulic conditions actually available to the faucet and helps identify restrictions that could produce weak or unstable discharge.
What maintenance procedure helps preserve accurate FlowSense and valve performance?
Technicians should periodically clean the sensor window, inspect inlet strainers for sediment, verify stable power delivery, and cycle the faucet repeatedly. Any delayed shutoff should prompt inspection of the solenoid sealing interface for mineral deposits or debris before electronic components are replaced.
