The changing delivery expectation caused some scheduling trouble because our contractor was working within a narrow renovation window. Better notification would have helped considerably. The finished shower installation, however, turned things around. Its brighter finish works beautifully against darker tile, while the rainfall and LED combination gives the shower a distinctive appearance and makes the completed bathroom feel much more thoughtfully designed.

Their engineering staff provided detailed installation manuals, hydraulic balancing recommendations, troubleshooting assistance, maintenance guidance, replacement component identification, and responsive technical support whenever clarification was required. Every recommendation reflected genuine field experience and helped contractors complete work correctly the first time. Nearly twenty-four months after occupancy, the rainfall shower, handheld unit, thermostatic controls, concealed valve, and polished chrome finish continue operating exactly as expected. Strong technical support prevented costly installation setbacks while reinforcing long-term confidence in the system.

By the time this shower reached the property, the plumber had already been moved onto another section of the renovation. That meant waiting again before the bathroom could be completed, which wasn't ideal. Seeing the finished room softened the frustration considerably. The Greenwich system coordinates nicely with the surrounding fixtures, and its rainfall and LED features make the shower feel like an actual room upgrade rather than a simple replacement.
