My main complaint involved having to initiate the follow-up instead of receiving an automatic order update. It was a relatively small issue, but better communication would have made the purchase smoother. The shower itself was much more satisfying. The lighter finish creates excellent contrast with our darker wall surfaces, and the rainfall-style configuration gives the completed space a clean, distinctive appearance that guests immediately notice.

One installation question stopped progress on the bathroom for longer than expected. The contractor couldn't confidently proceed, and the response needed to clear things up wasn't as fast as I'd hoped. That's frustrating when you're paying trades by the day. Once the matte white shower went up, though, I understood why the interior designer insisted on this version. It blends beautifully with the lighter bathroom palette while still giving the shower a crisp architectural presence.
