During value engineering, the HydroRavena was one of several premium items targeted for substitution. The developer kept it after seeing a completed unit against the actual stone and metalwork. Gunmetal gives the restroom a strong architectural base, while crystal prevents the darker palette from feeling overly industrial. More importantly, the first occupied floor produced no concerning service history. That combination protected the specification during the next cost review. Sometimes the installed result provides a stronger business case than the rendering ever could.
