Following several healthcare restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2025 where earlier thermostatic touchless faucets repeatedly suffered from inconsistent temperature regulation, unstable infrared response, and delayed shutoff timing during heavy daily operation, we upgraded multiple clinical facilities to this sensor faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous thermostatic fixtures maintained in similar medical environments. Earlier commercial systems frequently developed uneven water delivery because of fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions and often required repeated recalibration near reflective wall materials, whereas this faucet maintained more reliable temperature stability with smoother activation behavior during continuous patient and staff usage. Maintenance teams also reported fewer temperature-related service requests after the first several months of operation. Sensor calibration initially required additional adjustments in several compact sink configurations, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness, thermostatic regulation, and overall operational reliability remained highly dependable.
