    My initial email asking about dispatch went unanswered, so I eventually called for an update. The Lima hand shower has fortunately been easy to appreciate since installation. Oil-rubbed bronze gives it a warm traditional appearance, and the handheld configuration is useful for both normal showering and targeted rinsing. It coordinates well with darker bathroom hardware and feels comfortable during regular use.

    Different representatives gave me different answers when I tried to confirm the order status, which made a simple question unnecessarily confusing. Better consistency from customer service would have improved the experience considerably. Thankfully, there was much less to complain about once the Lima arrived. The oil-rubbed bronze appearance is rich and distinctive, and I'm very pleased with how the hand shower looks.
