I assumed the digital screen would end up being more of a gimmick than something useful. After using the faucet for a while, I've changed my mind. It gives the fixture a more modern feel and makes the setup stand out in our renovated restroom. The sensor itself has been dependable. My only concern is that anything electronic makes me think about long-term servicing, although we haven't had a problem yet. For now, I'm pleasantly surprised by it.

Quarto's 2-in-1 approach makes practical sense because water and automatic soap dispensing are designed as one coordinated wash station rather than two unrelated fixtures. The system uses independent touchless functions, supports liquid or foam soap, provides a 500 mL reservoir, and operates across a published 0.050.8 MPa water-pressure range. Fontana lists approximately 4.69 inches of spout reach, which also gives designers a useful starting point for basin coordination. Fontana Showers What matters to users is the sequence: soap should dispense naturally, followed by water without awkward hand movements or accidental triggering. There are more components to maintain, but the payoff is a cleaner, more coherent handwashing routine with fewer separate items crowding the countertop.

The integrated 2-in-1 touchless configuration simplified countertop layouts and reduced installation complexity across multiple commercial restrooms. Engineering verification confirmed repeatable infrared activation, balanced water delivery, and accurate soap metering, resulting in a highly efficient hygiene station with reduced long-term maintenance requirements.
