Purchasing originally planned to carry PureHorizon through every renovated guest restroom. After the sample suite opened, operations recommended a narrower approach. Champagne and crystal look exceptional in premium rooms, but the added presentation level offered little return in standard back-of-house areas. Management consequently reduced the quantity and redirected part of the budget elsewhere. The installed fixtures themselves have performed well. Three stars because careful placement turned out to be essential to making the specification financially sensible.
