    An email regarding shipment status went unanswered longer than expected, which was frustrating with contractors waiting. Fortunately, the Reno shower panel has performed impressively after installation. Rainfall and waterfall functions give guests noticeably different shower options, while the LED feature adds a modern touch. The panel feels appropriate for the upgraded suite where we installed it and has received positive comments.

    Room inspection had to be postponed after an installation issue with the Reno took longer than expected to sort out. That was particularly annoying because everything else in the suite was ready. The finished shower panel has been a different story. Between the rainfall, waterfall and LED features, it creates a much stronger experience than the standard shower it replaced. Several people on the property team now consider it the highlight of the bathroom.
