FONTANA LOIRET™

Fontana Loiret Touchless Faucet FAQs

Commercial wall-mounted infrared touchless faucet with solid brass construction, ceramic valve control, single-hole installation, AC/DC power capability, G1/2-inch plumbing connections, and ADA-compliant hands-free performance.

✥ Sensor Commissioning Procedure? +

Complete sensor commissioning after the basin, finished wall, backsplash, mirror, lighting, and nearby accessories are fully installed. Verify dependable hand detection within the intended washing zone and confirm reflective surfaces do not cause unintended infrared activation.

◇ Wall-Mount Installation Requirements? +

Coordinate the single-hole wall penetration, G1/2-inch inlet and outlet connections, sensor components, power supply, and future service access before completing the finished wall. Align the outlet carefully with the basin washing zone.

◯ G1/2-Inch Plumbing Connections? +

The Loiret uses G1/2-inch inlet and outlet connections. Flush the water supply before final connection, verify secure fittings, inspect the water path for construction debris, and perform repeated sensor cycles before final project turnover.

↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +

Clean the infrared sensor area and remove stationary or reflective objects from the detection field. Verify stable electrical power and inspect the ceramic valve and internal water path for debris, mineral buildup, or incomplete closure if shutoff becomes inconsistent.

⌁ Reflective Surface Interference? +

Mirrors, polished stone, metallic accessories, glossy basins, and strong lighting may influence infrared sensing. Perform final sensor testing only after the surrounding architectural environment is complete and verify activation occurs only within the intended zone.

⌂ Hot and Cold Water Configuration? +

The live Loiret product page provides a selectable hot-and-cold option. When specified, flush both supplies, verify balanced water pressure, establish the required mixed-water temperature, and complete repeated touchless activation tests before occupancy.

⚡ AC and DC Power Options? +

The Loiret supports AC/DC power operation. Confirm the selected electrical configuration before commissioning, protect electronic components from moisture, and maintain accessible service space for future sensor, valve, and power-system maintenance.

⌕ Routine Commercial Maintenance? +

Periodically clean the infrared sensor and faucet outlet, inspect G1/2-inch plumbing connections, remove mineral deposits, and verify dependable automatic shutoff. Clean decorative finishes with a soft cloth and mild non-abrasive cleaner.
