Fontana Shower Faucet FAQ

Bathtub Faucet with Auxiliary Hand Sprayer

This bath-filling faucet engineered for controlled spout discharge, flexible handheld rinsing, and stable outlet switching in residential bath layouts.

How does the auxiliary sprayer expand functional use beyond tub filling?
The handheld outlet allows targeted rinsing and cleanup tasks while preserving the main spout as the primary high-volume bath-fill path.
What is the key mechanical requirement of the diverter in a dual-outlet tub faucet?
The diverter must isolate one outlet path effectively to limit leakage, prevent simultaneous unintended discharge, and preserve usable pressure at the selected outlet.
}
How does hose routing influence long-term sprayer reliability?
Smooth hose curvature and unobstructed movement reduce torsional stress, improving service life and preserving consistent handheld operation.
}
Why does outlet projection matter in bath-filler specification?
Correct spout reach ensures the water stream enters the tub interior without splashback or clearance conflict with the tub deck or wall surface.

4 of 5 Friction Found Refinement Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Reviewer: Garrett Lawson from Milwaukee, WI
Delivery slipped beyond the first estimate, and I only learned about the change after checking on the order myself. That created an unnecessary scheduling problem with our installer. The Milan shower faucet has performed much better than the fulfillment process. Thermostatic operation keeps temperature control predictable, while the oil-rubbed bronze finish gives the shower a warm architectural character that works especially well with our stone surfaces.

5 of 5 Thermostatic Bronze Control Tuesday, March 31, 2026
Reviewer: ThermoBronze Installers from Portland, OR
In thermostatic shower installations, temperature drift was a major concern. This unit maintains stable temperature and flow using pressure-balanced valves. It operates mechanically without external power. The oil-rubbed bronze brass body ensures durability beyond plated thermostatic fixtures.

Our teams have installed multiple thermostatic shower faucets, and this model has been one of the more consistent performers. Temperature regulation stays stable, transitions feel smooth, and the bronze finish remains durable. Compared with previous brands, it delivers stronger long-term reliability, which is essential for hospitality and multifamily maintenance planning.

5 of 5 Great elegant look! Thursday, January 26, 2023
Reviewer: Alfie Anderson from Leeds
We got this shower combo set as we are in the process of redoing our shower downstairs. The biggest upside of this shower set for us vs others was that it comes with the faucet that we previously did not have in our bathroom. The faucet has a sleek look to it that will go well with the rest of the faucets in our bathroom.
