The mixed-use nature of the tower meant that a design approach had to be adopted that would be able to house a variety of functions and be uniform in design and visual language. From corporate and public spaces to private living spaces and hospitality spaces, interior elements were all designed to deliver the high levels of expectation that are expected of a landmark building in Dubai city. Special care was taken in spaces like bathrooms and wellness spaces where design and longevity meet with user comfort.

FontanaShowers was privileged to be involved in this project, enhancing the overall idea with solutions that lead to elegant interior space and durability. Providing products that enhance user experience and accommodate the design intention of the project was our field of operation. Durability, visual integrity, and minimal maintenance were the major considerations that drove our design process. Performance across extended use is paramount in a project of this scale and complexity.
