The executive floor needed something warmer than the chrome fixtures used throughout the rest of our headquarters, and the gold Elvara gave us that distinction without changing the basic user experience. People still have familiar separate controls while the vanity feels considerably more upscale. Our cleaning contractor does spend additional time maintaining the gold surface, but management expected that when approving the finish. In a limited number of high-profile restrooms, the visual upgrade has justified the added care.

Gold Escapes Excess

The gold version of Elvara has considerable decorative presence, especially when its crystal controls and waterfall geometry are viewed together, so the surrounding vanity benefits from restraint. What matters technically is keeping the three-piece arrangement accurately coordinated with the basin rather than allowing finish selection to dominate the specification process. I would confirm control spacing, outlet position, bowl depth, countertop thickness, and accessible hot-and-cold connections before fabrication. A physical finish sample is also valuable because gold can shift substantially under warm versus neutral lighting and may not perfectly match accessories from another manufacturer. Gentle cleaning should be established from the beginning to preserve the surface. Properly coordinated, the faucet delivers an upscale focal point while retaining an installation logic that remains practical for servicing.
