Fontana Maubeuge FS6029GMG 3-Function Gun Metal Gray LED Shower Faucet:
3-Function Diverter Layout Drawing
This diverter-layout resource is intended to support architects, plumbing
engineers, interior designers, contractors, installers and facility managers
coordinating the Fontana Maubeuge FS6029GMG three-function shower system.
The drawing package communicates the concealed brass diverter / mixer body,
rainfall, hand-shower and body-jet branch outlets, front trim controls,
switching sequence, hot and cold inlet spacing, rough-in depth, ceramic
diverter cartridge and service-access requirements.
Fontana Maubeuge FS6029GMG Concealed 3-Function Diverter System
The FS6029GMG uses a concealed brass diverter / mixer body to route
mixed water to three selectable outlets: the LED rainfall shower head,
handheld shower and body jet. A ceramic diverter cartridge and finished
Gun Metal Gray trim provide outlet selection, flow / volume control and
temperature control from the finished side of the wall.
- Model: FS6029GMG
- Functions: Rainfall, hand shower and body jet
- Rain shower head: 400 × 400 mm (15.75 × 15.75 in.)
- Hand shower length: 200 mm (7.87 in.)
- Hose length: 1500 mm (59.06 in.)
- Body jet diameter: Ø50 mm (1.97 in.)
- Trim plate size: 120 × 280 mm (4.72 × 11.02 in.)
- Valve rough-in depth: 75–90 mm (2.95–3.54 in.)
- Hot / cold spacing: 150 mm (5.91 in.) center to center
- Connections: 1/2 in. NPT
- Service-access zone: 300 × 350 mm (11.81 × 13.78 in.)
Required 3-Function Diverter Drawing Package
Each diverter drawing should use a consistent finished-wall datum,
centerline convention, outlet numbering system and component-identification
scheme. The package should clearly identify the rainfall, hand-shower and
body-jet outlets, selector positions, flow and temperature controls, valve
depth, supply spacing, cartridge assembly, structural support and service
access before wall closure.
3-Function Diverter Layout Drawing
Shows the complete diverter arrangement for the Fontana Maubeuge FS6029GMG shower system, including the concealed brass diverter / mixer body, rainfall branch, hand-shower branch, body-jet branch, front trim controls, service-access zone and hot / cold supply connections.
Wall Section — Diverter Layout
Illustrates the concealed diverter / mixer body within the finished wall assembly, with branch outlets routed to the rainfall shower head, handheld shower and body jet. Structural backing and service access should be coordinated before wall closure.
Front Trim Elevation
Defines the Gun Metal Gray trim plate at approximately 120 × 280 mm (4.72 × 11.02 in.) with three vertically aligned controls for outlet selection, flow / volume and temperature.
Diverter Flow Diagram
Shows the concealed mixer body distributing mixed water to three separate 1/2 in. NPT outlets. The selector handle switches between rainfall, hand-shower and body-jet functions.
Switching States
Identifies the three selector positions: Function 1 for rainfall, Function 2 for the hand shower and Function 3 for the body jet. The illustrated sequence indicates one outlet active at a time.
Hot & Cold Inlets
Shows the hot-water inlet on the left and cold-water inlet on the right with approximately 150 mm (5.91 in.) center-to-center spacing. Supply orientation should be confirmed before pressure testing.
Valve Rough-In Depth
Identifies a nominal concealed valve depth of approximately 75–90 mm (2.95–3.54 in.) with an indicated wall-depth tolerance of approximately ±15 mm (0.59 in.).
Diverter Cartridge & Trim
The exploded detail identifies the brass diverter / mixer body, ceramic diverter cartridge, switching spindle, escutcheon / trim plate, selector handle and flow / volume control.
Service Access & Outlet Verification
Coordinates a nominal 300 × 350 mm (11.81 × 13.78 in.) service-access zone behind the trim. Before closing the wall, verify outlet identification, trim alignment, cartridge access and pressure-tested connections.
Engineering note:
All dimensions shown are nominal and intended for rough-in coordination.
Final valve depth, inlet spacing, outlet assignments, trim alignment,
service-access dimensions, cartridge configuration, structural support
and shower-function sequencing should be verified against the approved
Fontana Maubeuge FS6029GMG installation documentation before wall closure,
waterproofing or finish installation.
Architectural and Plumbing Coordination Considerations
Outlet Identification
Clearly label the rainfall, hand-shower and body-jet branches during rough-in so each diverter position corresponds to the intended fixture.
Valve Depth
Maintain the concealed body within the indicated rough-in range and account for wall board, waterproofing, setting materials and tile.
Supply Spacing
Keep the hot and cold inlets approximately 150 mm center to center and confirm left-hot / right-cold orientation before final connection.
Structural Support
Secure the brass diverter / mixer body to rigid blocking or framing so handle operation does not cause movement within the wall.
Service Zone
Preserve the illustrated service-access area behind the trim so cartridges, seals, branch connections and valve components remain maintainable.
LED Shower Coordination
Coordinate the rainfall branch with the 400 mm LED shower head and confirm ceiling support, piping and electrical requirements before ceiling closure.

Project verification:
Three-function diverter drawings are coordination tools and do not replace
approved project submittals. The architect, plumbing engineer, contractor
and licensed installer should verify diverter outlet assignments, valve depth,
hot / cold spacing, branch routing, trim alignment, cartridge access,
service-zone dimensions, ceiling coordination and locally adopted plumbing
and electrical requirements before installation.
