placed my order on December 3rd, 2020 with Heidi and was told the order would take about 8 weeks to ship. After 8 weeks of not hearing anything and under the impression that my order was coming along fine I call for an update and was told that Heidwas not in yet but she would get back to me. Long story short, I ended up NEVER hearing back from her after tried a half dozen times. I finally received my order in good condition at the end of February.
