Every email support response arrived promptly with practical engineering recommendations that our facilities staff could immediately implement. Nearly twenty-four months after occupancy, the digital controls, rainfall performance, thermostatic operation, and matte black finish continue functioning flawlessly. Overall customer service satisfaction has remained exceptionally high because their engineering team consistently supports the product throughout its entire lifecycle.
