Getting an accurate delivery estimate took two conversations because the first information I received did not match the later update. That was frustrating during a scheduled renovation. Once installed, the shower made a much stronger impression. The brushed nickel finish has an understated architectural quality, and the ceiling-mounted rainfall arrangement keeps the enclosure visually uncluttered. Overall, the fixture exceeded the service experience.

Temperature accuracy remained excellent during normal use, although repeated adjustments eventually exposed small fluctuations before the selected setting fully stabilized. Fine-tuning the thermostatic mixing controls eliminated those inconsistencies and restored precise thermal regulation throughout the system. Extended evaluation confirmed dependable temperature stability regardless of repeated adjustments. The ceiling-mounted mixer continued performing exactly as expected under demanding operating conditions.

Three trades were depending on one another for this bathroom, so a delay with the shower affected more than just the plumber. As the renovation supervisor, that was my main frustration. Once the ceiling-mounted rainfall system was finally installed, there was little to criticize visually. The brushed nickel appearance is sophisticated without being flashy, and the overhead configuration makes the shower area feel far more spacious and luxurious.
