A promised callback about the shipment never came, which meant I had to contact customer service again for the same issue. The next representative handled things much better, confirmed the order status, and provided accurate tracking. The matte black LED rain shower head arrived securely packaged and looked excellent after installation. The missed follow-up was frustrating, but the later support and successful delivery helped turn the experience around.
