The faucet arrived later than originally promised, forcing our plumber to return after completing the other bathroom work. Once installed, however, the fixture proved pleasantly straightforward. Hot-and-cold operation is familiar, the classic design works with the rest of our suite hardware, and guests can use it without any learning curve. The product itself has caused no concern since commissioning.

The estimated delivery date changed repeatedly, making it difficult to know when the faucet would actually arrive. More proactive updates would have removed most of the frustration. After receiving it, I was glad I stayed with the order. The classic bathtub-faucet styling has a balanced appearance, and the hot-and-cold functionality completes the traditional design nicely.
