After repeated servicing concerns involving older automatic sensor faucets developing unstable infrared response, delayed shutoff timing, and inconsistent stream interruption across several healthcare restroom modernization projects between 2021 and 2025, we transitioned multiple facilities to this touchless commercial faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained considerably stronger than previous sensor fixtures maintained in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with false triggering near reflective wall materials and often required repeated recalibration because of changing ambient lighting exposure, whereas this faucet maintained highly stable motion detection with smoother and more balanced water flow throughout continuous daily operation. Previous units also generated maintenance complaints because activation timing occasionally varied during peak usage hours, while this system maintained noticeably stronger detection consistency with fewer servicing interruptions overall. Several installations initially required slight sensor refinements because of varying basin depth and sink placement, but once calibrated the valve consistency, infrared timing stability, and servicing reliability remained highly dependable across all operating facilities.

Looks better in person. Works perfect. Our Hotel bathrooms looked more classy with this faucets installed in it. We get a lot of nice compliments. Two thumbs up!

Of course, one of the primary factors in our decision to select this faucet over others is its gold finish. But as soon as we took it out of the box, we could tell the difference. Our piece's finish appeared to be considerably lighter than the one in the picture. Even so, it appeared nice, and in fact, we preferred it that way because the one in the picture appeared to be too yellow. In any event, we appreciate the style and appearance, and the fact that it functions properly has just added to our satisfaction with the purchase.

Looking closer, it seems that the faucet's gold finish is somewhat overstated in the product photograph. Despite being less bright than that, there is too much yellow in the image. However, the gold finish still has a nice appearance. The sensor functions excellently. In comparison to other sensor faucets we've used in the past, this one performs better so far.
