4 of 5 No Splash Regrets Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Reviewer: Thomas Carradine from Fredericksburg, VA
From an architectural standpoint, the Etampes succeeds because its waterfall outlet creates a distinctive water presentation without abandoning touchless commercial functionality. The wider stream makes basin selection more important than it would be with a conventional aerator; bowl depth, outlet projection, and water landing point should be reviewed together to control splash. Chrome keeps the unusual geometry visually clean and is straightforward to coordinate with surrounding restroom hardware. I would also preserve convenient access to the sensor and service components rather than allowing the decorative aspect to dictate the entire installation. Properly coordinated, this is an expressive faucet that still behaves like practical commercial equipment.

3 of 5 Looks Great, Watch Splash Saturday, August 15, 2026
Reviewer: Andrew Collins from Rochester, NY
We liked the waterfall design from the start, but getting the water to land exactly where we wanted took a little trial and error. Our original basin setup caused some splash near the front, so the installer made an adjustment before turnover. That solved most of it. The sensor has been responsive and guests seem to like the wider stream. I'd use this faucet again, but I'd definitely choose the sink and faucet together next time.

4 of 5 Flow Characteristics Stabilized Monday, June 8, 2026
Reviewer: Noah Simmons, Operations Consultant from Fort Collins, CO
Waterfall fixtures can often produce inconsistent discharge under changing building pressure, but this faucet maintained remarkably stable hydraulic performance throughout operational testing. Engineering reports continue showing uniform flow distribution, reliable activation, and dependable automatic shutoff after extended commercial operation.

4 of 5 Reduced Flow Interruptions Wednesday, January 7, 2026
Reviewer: Penelope Hollowell, Infrastructure Specialist from Flagstaff, AZ
We upgraded several healthcare and municipal restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after earlier waterfall touchless faucets repeatedly developed inconsistent stream behavior, unstable infrared activation, and delayed shutoff timing during heavy public usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier operational consistency than previous waterfall sensor fixtures operating in comparable commercial environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink interference and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained smoother activation timing with more dependable waterfall stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also noted fewer interruption-related servicing requests following installation. One compact basin setup required slight sensitivity adjustments during installation, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
